I absolutely love doing what I do! I take enormous pride in my craft and it shows through my hands and the approach I take during my treatments. 

After working for 8+ years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer I began to feel stuck and jaded. So, I went back to school to begin my new journey in healthcare as a licensed massage therapist, and it has been the most affirming and fulfilling decision I could have made. 

Taking the knowledge I already had on movement and muscles of the human body and combining it with my new found knowledge and training of massage has allowed me to develop a different approach to my treatments. 

Every BODY benefits from regular massage treatments. My mission is to help you heal, regain movement and freedom from pain. I promote health, wellness and giving people options outside of popping pain meds.
